# Submit Error Report

If there is a failure in a test case, you may need to send bug report to Poynt team for further analysis. To do this :

  • Perform a transaction of which you want to send error report
  • Go to Help-->Diagnostic
  • Press “SUBMIT ERROR REPORT“
  • Let Poynt team know when you sent the error report
  • Error report can be accessed through “Manage terminal“ in the Mission Control by entering the Serial Number of terminal

# Check Terminal Can Reach Poynt Servers

If you experience a problem to reach to Poynt Servers, do following :

  • Go to Help-->Diagnostic
  • Press “CAN REACH POYNT SERVERS“

# Check Card Reader is Functional

If you experience a problem with card reader, do following :

  • Go to Help-->Diagnostic
  • Press “CARD READER CONNECTION“

# Check Reader Keys

If you experience a problem with card reader keys, do following :

  • Go to Help-->Diagnostic
  • Press “CARD READER KEYS“
  • Press “More Details“
  • You will see key types and slots
